We are looking for part time Bar Staff and Waiting Staff to join our team at Christys Bar in the world famous Blarney Woollen Mills. Previous Bar experience is essential. The Candidate: Experience within a similar environment is desirable. You must be flexible in order to meet business needs. Be fluent in English both oral and written. Genuine flair for customer service. Have a positive attitude. Excellent customer focus and passion for hospitality sector. Superb communication and interpersonal skills. Main Responsibilities: To report for duty on time and in the correct uniform. To ensure the bar area is kept clean at all times. Set up of tables, serving beverages and food orders to guests tables. Follow rigidly and observe all hygiene regulations. You are responsible for the efficient dispensing and servicing of food and drinks. To carry out our Customer Relations Policy. To communicate our services and facilities to guests as required. To deal with any customer complaints in a professional manner and to notify management of these.
