Job Title Site Administrator
Description We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to work on a large construction project in Kinsale, Co Cork.

Duties:
• General office administration procedures
• Assisting other members of staff in their duties i.e. Contract Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Safety Officer, Quality Manager etc., mainly in providing clerical assistance
• Access / upload information on project platform software (Tuition Provided)
• Cross-checking deliveries against orders
• Recording site progress

Suitable candidates will have the following skills & attributes
• Hardworking & enthusiastic
• Able to work on their own initiative
• Basic Computer skills i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook
• Construction related experience desirable but not essential
• A qualification in a construction based course would be beneficial

Salary will depend on experience.
