We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to work on a large construction project in Kinsale, Co Cork. Duties: • General office administration procedures. • Assisting other members of staff in their duties i.e. Contract Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Safety Officer, Quality Manager etc., mainly in providing clerical assistance. • Access / upload information on project platform software (Tuition Provided. • Cross-checking deliveries against orders. • Recording site progress. Suitable candidates will have the following skills & attributes. • Hardworking & enthusiastic. • Able to work on their own initiative. • Basic Computer skills i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook. • Construction related experience desirable but not essential. • A qualification in a construction based course would be beneficial. Salary will depend on experience.
