HR Advisor - Cork - Contract

Our Client, a Cork based service provider currently have a vacancy for a HR Advisor to join their team. This is a fixed term 12 month contract. The successful candidate must have strong employee relations experience as this is 70% of this role. Responsibilities Provide support and advice to the business, working directly with the HR Director and operations team to drive and grow the business through employee productivity and satisfaction. Drive effective employee relations – this will be the majority of the role. Work on key HR change projects as agreed with HR Director. To support the Operations Managers with recruitment of key team members. Monitor and oversee all incoming and outgoing contracts. Actively keep “ up to date” on current Employee Relations issues and provide regular updates and reviews. Provide monthly HR reports to the HR director utilising data for HR Audits ( a minimum of 2 must be conducted each month. Manage any trade union relationships within the business. Keep up to date on all HR developments within the industry and locality. Requirements Third level qualification in Human Resource Management. 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role. Knowledge of Irish employment law. CIPD qualified or part qualified desirable. Previous experience working across multi-sites. Experience of dealing with Trade Unions.
