Noel Recruitment are looking for a Receptionist form Monday 13th November - 6 weeks. Monday to Thursday - hrs: 8.30 to 5. Friday - hrs: 8.30-4. Duties include: Answer phones on switchboard. Room bookings. Mail in and out. Respond to emails & queries. Log and monitor work requests. Manage visitors/temporary badges. The candidate will need to complete a 45 min online induction before arriving here on their first morning - they will send on an induction link once candidate is booked. The Ideal Candidate will have. Minimum of 2 years experiences working as a receptionist. Will hold a valid Manual Handling Cert, or willing to undergo training. Be available to work day Time hours, Monday to Friday. Available to work up to 39 hours per week. Own Transport an Advantage.
