Job Title Customer Support - Night Shift

Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for super talented people to join an exceptional team. As a member of this team you are going to provide AWESOME support and assistance to customers in our client's community by phone and email. You will be an ambassador of their brand and the first point of contact for their customers.


  • Ensure all players are provided with a high standard of support while setting the bar to WOW and delivering an excellent experience.
  • Provide exceptional support within company standards.
  • Be a first point of contact to handle customer queries.
  • Help to achieve team targets and objectives.
  • Maintain open channels of communication.
  • Follow support process and standards with spirit of thinking out of the box.
  • Monitor and control numerous concurrent tasks.
  • Share learning's via consultation with internal team specialists.
  • Achieve the highest levels of customer support.
  • Perform within adherence parameters.
  • Support, resolve and close customer issues in timely manner.



  • Must be available and flexible to work night shifts from 9.30pm to 6am and also one 5am to 1.30pm shift on Saturday once a month.
  • Native level written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A customer support oriented attitude, with a knack for helping others.
  • Team player with strong problem solving and conflict management skills.
  • Good reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Friendly proactive attitude and great communicator in challenging situations.
  • Good multi-tasking and typing skills (30 WPM ).
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Windows┬« and Microsoft Office┬« or equivalents.
  • Ability to think out of the box to amaze players and teammates.

  • Previous work experience in customer support or a similar role.
  • Passion for genealogy.
