Job Title Commercial Contracts Administrator


A well established business in the Cork City area is currently looking to recruit a Commercial Contracts Administrator.

This is a full-time permanent position with career progression a distinct possibility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of contracts with some of Ireland's leading plumbing, heating and engineering contractors. In this role you will be part of a high performing, dynamic and innovative team providing a first class service to its clients.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of quotations from tenders
  • Following up on quotations and negotiating prices and terms
  • Managing the sourcing and delivery of products to agreed time tables
  • Dealing with customer queries, complaints
  • Identifying new business opportunities

Required experience

  • Previous experience in job costing would be desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and experience of the plumbing, heating and sanitary ware trades would be a distinct advantage.
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure and to tight time constraints
  • Ability to manage own work within allocated areas of responsibility
  • Excellent IT and computer skills are essential
