Job Title HR Administrator

Our Cork based client currently have an open vacancy for a HR Administrator to join there team. This is a 3 month contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administration support to the HR team
  • Administration of systems for HR Department .
  • Support the recruitment team in the administration of the of the recruitment process
  • Responsibility for ensuring attendance records are accurate and up to date
  • Responsibility for managing training records
  • Participate in and support HR related projects and initiatives
  • Provide support to new hire and orientation process
  • Provide accurate, relevant monthly, quarterly, annual reports and metrics as required

Experience & Skills
  • Ideally 1 years HR Administration experience in a Multinational manufacturing environment
  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Strong communication skills are key
Education & Qualifications
  • 3rd Level degree in Business or HR related field
  • CIPD qualified or studying for qualification
