Learning and Development Advisor. Cork. Permanent. Our client, a leading Multinational in the Pharmaceutical sector is recruiting a Learning and Development Advisor to join their team in Cork. Responsibilities. Partner with Subject Matter Experts to ensure all learning items are up-to-date and maintained annually. Coordinate the LMS learning content. Liaise with other areas of the business as required. Training support logistics. Liaise with third party vendors delivering training to ensure they are compliant with all required processes and documentation. Support supplemental learning system administration based on local practice. Provide support to learners and managers onsite to support their understanding of learning requirements, learning management practices or learning systems. Support local training such as induction training. Support records management activities to regulatory or local standards where required. Support the execution of learning evaluation strategy and measurement of effectiveness of learning interventions through data gathering and reporting. Support, monitor and continually improve the systems and processes associated with the co-ordination and administration of training activities. Monitor and report training activity against agreed measures and KPIs. Lead projects relating to training at a local level. Requirements. Degree in Human Resources or similar. 2+ years experience in a training role. Experience in a Multinational organisation is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and LMS. Strong problem-solving skills and attention-to-detail. Ability to prioritise effectively and work towards deadlines. Pro-active, flexible and adaptable.
