My Client a leading manufacturing company with a customer based throughout Europe, the Middle East and America are looking to attract an Accounts Administrator for their business. This is a very varied role and will be working as part of the operations support team. Key responsibilities include: Accounts Payable – Processing of Invoices. Credit reconciliations and accruals. Verification of weekly supplier payments based on the reconciled supplier accounts. Dealing with Supplier and Invoice queries. Accounts Receivable – Processing of sales orders. Maintenance of customer price lists, customer account status and credit limit. Opening of new customer accounts. Ensuring credit limits are up to date and sufficient. Issue monthly statements. Payroll Processing – Collection and validation of hours for processing of payroll. Weekly and monthly processing of payroll. P30 and P35 returns. Dealing with day to day payroll queries. Management Reporting – preparation of weekly and monthly management KPI reports. Assisting in the preparation of financial accounts. General ad hoc duties when required. The successful candidate will have 3-4 years experience in a similar role. Accounting Technician/Accounting Diploma is desirable. Attention to detail and an ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines is essential. Excelling IT Skills including Advanced Excel, knowledge of Sage Product Suite is a must.
