Reporting to the Internal IT Team Lead, this is a challenging technical role, which will provide you with the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the growth and evolution of the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance departments. As part of the Poppulo Internal IT Team, you will be working to ensure our business users are able to reach their key objectives in our Salesforce-centric systems environment. This is a full-time, permanent role based in our EMEA HQ in Ireland’s Silicon Valley of Cork. What you’ll be working on: Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success users to capture and analyse evolving business requirements. Identifying and implementing third party solutions - standalone and running on our Salesforce and Netsuite platforms. Implementing Salesforce and Netsuite solutions and customisations: Workflows, Custom Fields, Validation Rules, Triggers, etc. Troubleshooting issues raised by users on a day-to-day basis. Specifying and implementing solution integrations. Maintaining end-to-end process data quality. Facilitating business data processing, reporting and analysis. Training users in new or upgraded system or add-on functionality. Implementing system and component upgrades. Promoting and implementing information security in line with our ISO27001 certification. What we are looking for: Degree or equivalent in BIS or related discipline. 3+ years experience in a similar role. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Coding experience using Salesforce Apex, and/or other modern scripting languages, e.g. Python, Ruby, etc. Administration, customisation and reporting experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/ERP system. Data processing and reporting experience. Highly motivated with strong collaboration skills. Project management skills would be an advantage. What’s on offer?
