Job Type: Base Salary + Commission. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: To achieve sales targets on a monthly basis. To provide information to customers and ensure that they are comfortable with the decisions they make. To go the extra mile for a customer by listening and providing assistance when required. To handle objections effectively and professionally. To make any updates and changes that will correspond to audit standards. ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Ability to close sales professionally. Be a performance-driven individual, hardworking and determined. Must be IT literate with competencies in Microsoft Office. Ability to execute in a team environment and on own initiative. Excellent planning and organisational skills. Fluent English required. BENEFITS: Base Salary €20,000 with opportunity to earn up to €22,400 OTE. Commission up to €200 a month for meeting targets.
