Call Centre Customer Support. We are currently recruiting Customer Support Agents. This is an entry level, customer service position where you will start off your training with a group of colleagues who will support and teach you all about this dynamic role. Areas of responsibilities. Building strong relationships with your customers ensuring a positive customer experience. Data entry, logging all calls. Teamwork, includes demonstrating behavior's that show commitment to working with others as well as supporting and improving the overall performance of the team. Competencies. Will have previous experience in a customer service environment. Administrative experience with a sound knowledge of computer systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
