Purchasing Admin. Midleton. Working with a busy Irish company who are looking to recruit a Purchasing Administrator to provide administrative support to the Production and Projects Team. Duties include: • Creation of Purchase orders, receipt of same and following up on invoice queries. •Assist in completion of asset request forms. •Administer cash sale and relevant shipping documentation. •Assist with all Customs & Excise requirements including report generation & query resolution. •Prepare and issue weekly/monthly KPI's. •Assist with line manager in the administration of the HR Core System. •Filing and archiving of all documentation relating to projects including tender, contract, etc. •Recording & issuing of minutes of meetings. •Scheduling meetings. •Assist in the preparation of presentations. •Recording and tracking of holidays. •Preparing items for the quarterly newsletter. Skills/Experience required: •Excellent planning skills. •MS office applications, strong Excel and Powerpoint. • SAP. •3 yrs admin exp ideally from a production background.
