Legal Secretary (Maternity Cover)
My client, a well-established Law Firm in West Cork are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to join their team to cover a maternity contract. Key responsibilities of this role: Provide excellent secretarial support to solicitors. Audio type all documents as instructed. PA duties such as diary management and travel arrangements. Prepare, edit and format legal documents and briefs for counsel. Update and maintain accurate data on the firm's IT database. Receptionist duties to include answering phones and booking appointments. Provide other ad hoc requests as and when required. The ideal candidate: Previous administrative experience within a legal or compliance focused role. Recognised Legal or relevant qualification. Highly motivated, keen to learn and adaptable in your approach. Strong administrative skills and will be highly proficient in MS office. Ability to work to strict deadlines on a daily basis.
