Supply Chain Analyst
PE Global is currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Specialist for a leading multi-national Pharmaceutical client in Cork. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company. Role: • P erform a variety of basic to routine duties in support of Supply Chain operations. Work on assignments that range from routine to basic in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required. • Take independent action to ensure appropriate scheduling of products to meet customer & internal capacity needs. • Compile, record, and track pertinent data through computerized systems, and based on analysis of data provide recommendations for corrective action. • Review non-routine information or data to support Supply Chain activities – e.g. inventory levels, inventory positioning, material deliveries, planned master production schedule and batch record release. • Participate in the planning and controls of materials and finished goods to meet sales and distribution demand. • Respond to requests for information from other departments, review available information, and may contact vendors for further information. • Prepare standard documents, such as work orders, material transfer requests, or shipping documentation. • Communicate with other department representatives to determine status of product delivery, projects or processes. Requirements: • Some years of relevant experience in a related field and a Diploma or Certificate to FETAC level 6; or a BS. • Knowledge and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software. • Good written communication skills along with good analytical skills. • Knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs.
