Stock Controller/Data Entry/Customer Service Administrator. Profile. The role involves efficient customer order administration, customer service and liaison, stock control and maintenance of all records pertaining to stock traceability in a busy food storage company. Reporting Structure The role reports to the Warehouse Manager. Core Responsibilities: Handle all customer stock receipts and delivery order processing. Liaise in a professional and efficient manner with customers to accept orders and resolve queries. Maintain all back-up records associated with each transaction, where appropriate. Liaise with logistics companies and delivery drivers to schedule receipt/dispatch bookings. Communicate with internal warehouse personnel and external logistics personnel to ensure stock receipt/dispatch and transaction paperwork is compliant with procedures. Complete and issue customer stock reports Key Competencies & Qualifications. Previous experience in an order processing or data entry role an advantage. Previous experience of stock management systems an advantage e.g. Principle, In-DEX, Movex, SAP. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a strong customer service focus.
