SALES EXECUTIVE. Department: SALES. Reports to: Head of Global Sales. The Company : ProSys Containment and Sampling Technologies is a market leader in the design, manufacture and servicing of isolator systems and sampling equipment for the worldwide pharmaceutical and petro-chem markets. To work with cross functional teams and gain invaluable experience working on client projects on a worldwide basis. The Role : Reporting to the Head of Global Sales, the role is based on our Cork facility with external client visits and representation of ProSys at exhibitions / events as required. As part of an energetic sales team, the person will assist in the identification and subsequent follow-up of sales opportunities and work with other team members in preparing sales collateral such as proposals, drawings, presentations, marketing literature etc. Key Tasks / Responsibilities / Accountabilities : Market research and identification of new projects / clients and market opportunities. Follow up on all containment related web enquiries received. Informing existing clients and general contact lists of ProSys attendance at conferences / exhibitions. Attendance at conferences / seminars / exhibitions as required. Follow up on all conference / exhibition attendees by email to identify potential sales prospects. Preparation of sales literature / presentations as required to support the overall ProSys sales effort. Coordination of sales visits in Europe and attendance where visit is initiated or where required as support to sales team. Liaison between Sales function and Engineering with respect to tender deliverables such as drawings etc. Recording sales related activity on ProSys CRM system. Education, Experience and Skills Required: Fluency in a European language, preferably German. A degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline. A minimum of 2 years experience within a Sales / Engineering role. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure and to short deadlines. Strong competence in MS Office applications. Good communicator and Personable. Attentive to detail and methodical. A Team player. This job originally appeared on
