Experienced Executive Sous Chefs required to join leading 5* Hotel in Cork, focus of the role is on Hotel Restaurant, Banqueting and Lounge food, taking full control of the Kitchen on a day-to-day basis and supporting Executive Chef in all operations. We need a Senior Sous Chef with talent and flair who can lead a busy team, add to the overall style and presentation of the food and in general take responsibility and provide future direction to this busy department.
