Executive Officer, Legal Case Management
JOB TITLE: Executive Officer – Legal Case Management. JOB DESCRIPTION: The Enforcement Administrator performs an administrative role in support of SFPA legal case management for prosecutions related to fisheries conservation and seafood safety. This role includes: •Supporting the Director of Enforcement and the Enforcement Executive in fulfilling the goals and strategies of the Legal Case Management Unit. •Provide assistance and administrative expertise to support the Authority’s function. •Manage, supervise and be responsible for the administrative work within the Legal Case Management Unit. •Attend meetings at National and EU level as required and provide input on administrative aspects relevant to Legal Case Management and Enforcement. •Assist with the administration of Enforcement actions pursued by the SFPA.
