Description

Responsibilities. Weekly Payroll for up to 100 employees- Sage Micropay experience beneficial. Processing supplier invoices & preparing weekly payment run. Assisting in the preparation of Month End and Annual Accounts. Assisting Accounts Manager with ad hoc duties. Work with IT Technical staff and Consultants to ensure the smooth running of the IT system. Set an example of enthusiasm, loyalty and hard work in the performance of all duties. Ability to meet tight deadlines consistently, and to take ownership of the role. Builds and maintains excellent relationships. Acceptance of responsibility and accountability. Remains calm under pressure. A high level of initiative, with a sense of responsibility. Good interpersonal skill. Set an example of enthusiasm, loyalty and hard work in the performance of all duties. Candidate Requirements. 2 + years' experience working in a payroll role. Excellent Computer Skills with a strong working knowledge of MS Excel. Qualified Accounting Technician or similar desirable. Knowledge of IT System Administration a benefit. Ability to analyse and interpret data to allow an informed conclusion. Work with IT Technical staff and Consultants to ensure the smooth running of the IT systems.
