Responsibilities: Support, configure, develop, maintain and monitor Laya’s SharePoint portals. Document procedures and promote best practices for using SharePoint. Manage SharePoint end user accounts, permissions and access rights in accordance with best-practices regarding privacy and security. Support end users with SharePoint related issues. Monitor SharePoint e.g. site usage and growth, disk space usage and growth. Handle change management around Microsoft updates to the Office 365 environment. Configure service applications like search, metadata, user profile. Day to day management and troubleshooting of SharePoint application used in Administration (including where appropriate backup, security management, user account management. Work independently and with vendors to resolve issues related to maintenance and use of SharePoint application. Perform root cause analysis for any production issues that may arise in the applications.Ø Develop efficiencies within the application for current processes. Develop and implement solutions for future projects Knowledge of SharePoint is required but full training will be provided. High level of analytical ability required to troubleshoot across multiple technology platforms.
