Recently a requirement has arisen to recruit a Reliability Lead to be based at the organisations Biologics manufacturing plant in Cork. Seeking an increase of over 100 employees in the next 12 months, you will be part of an exciting growth journey for a well-established site. The Role: The reliability lead will operate within the Engineering Centre of Excellence and will work closely with colleagues within the IPT (Integrated Production Team). He/she will provide expert advice on improving equipment reliability and will act in a consultative fashion to assisting with equipment repeat issues. Act as a point of contact for providing advice and determining best practice in the field of statutory inspections and maintenance practices. Lead a small team of engineers (approx. 3) in delivering the site reliability strategy and assisting in the roll out of the site maintenance strategy. Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures and other maintenance problems. Identify and corrects repetitive and costly equipment problems. Site SME for reliability and maintenance best practices. The Person: 5 Years working in a similar role within the bio pharma industry. Experience of working within a maintenance function within another industry an advantage. 2 Years' experience working as a site maintenance engineer. Good Written and verbal communication skills. Identify key stakeholders and develop a relationship of trust. Interact with above site personnel to understand changes and promote the site. Solid engineering acumen.
