Job Title Nordic Sales Account Manager

Sales Account Managers urgently required:

Candidates need to have worked full sales cycle roles, have an ability to create their own leads and close deals. A clear sales process is also a must. They are looking for business developers that will be based in their Cork office.

Working with a leading multinational IT company who looking to recruit a Bilingual Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for generating revenue directly through outbound calling to new or prospective customers and through selling new or additional products to existing customers. He/She will qualify and follow up sales leads and have a thorough knowledge of products and services.

Duties include:
•Develop business within an assigned quota-bearing territory with emphasis on revenue generation to new organizations and new sales to existing customers.
•Selling is primarily through outbound calling efforts to organizations of <500 employees.
•Increase and improve product awareness within assigned territory – through channel partners and through direct interaction with prospects and customers.
•Work with channel partners to jointly grow revenue and to fulfil customer requirements.
•Create and refine a revenue pipeline and to accurately forecast their revenue outlook to sales management using CRM tools like
•Continuously promote and communicate products and services to partners.
•Develop business plans with management with the aim of driving revenue opportunities.
•Achievement of keys objectives as outlined by the management team, including Revenue targets, Call quality, productivity & efficiency.
•Work with the various internal teams including, Sales teams and Customer Operations team to identify operational or sales projects.
•Working closely with the Field Sales teams and marketing to manage and develop new business.

Skills and Qualifications:
•Experience in outbound telephone based Lead Generation / Sales environment.
•Candidates must have a proven track record demonstrating their ability to comprehend new technology.
•Proven ability to drive revenue generating activities and achieve targets.
•Fluent in written & spoken in the following languages:Norwegian, Swedish speakerswith fluent English

•Demonstrate ability to work well in a team environment.
