Description

HR Administrator. Involved in the recruitment project coordination of up to 100 new positions on a new project win. Involved in assisting with the Financial Operations side of the business on an ad hoc basis. Managing all compliance and screening process for the onboarding of new hires from point of CV receipt through interview stages up right through to offer and hire. Monitor project progress on spreadhseets and internal systems, updating the same with any changes. Strong emphasis on stakeholder management including weekly meetings with various hiring managers across different departments across the organisation. Recruitment Administration including reference checks, background checks, qualification checks, recruitment reporting etc as and when required. Working closely with HR Manager, Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition and external/internal projects team to support and facilitate any administrative and project requirements. Review internal job specs, external adverts, marketing material, PR briefs etc. Assist daily HR duties including administration and coordination of headcount, employee referral program, recruitment fairs, and various other HR initiatives.
