Sitting on their EMEA team this person will lead all Software Engineering hiring in Cork and support additional groups across the EMEA region. Role Overview: Lead recruiter for Software Engineering in Cork but also across the EMEA region. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and partner with key stakeholders in planning creative and strategic recruitment solutions. Provide frequent analysis of the market trends and recruitment activities in a matrix environment. Ideal Candidate: 7+ years technical recruitment experience ideally in a global organisation; may also consider agency recruitment experience for those coming from a Software recruitment background. Proven track record in direct sourcing and providing innovative sourcing solutions. Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment managing 20+ open positions at one time.
