CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLES. We are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our client- Leading Customer Service Provider in Ireland. Our Clients are one of the most well-known indigenous companies in the country and are on their way to becoming the largest! They have just created exciting permanent opportunities within their customer service departments and they are looking for people like you to come and join them! THE ROLE: To provide information to customers to ensure that they are comfortable with the decisions they make. To go the extra mile for a customer by listening and providing assistance when required. To keep the databases up to date and correct at all times. To make any updates and changes that will correspond to audit standards. SKILLS: Customer Focus. Strong working knowledge of MS Office and other office applications.
