My client, an exciting and dynamic Business Process Outsourcing company in West Cork are currently seeking an IT Support Executive to join their team to provide support to an international client base. Rota: Permanent, Four consecutive 12 hour shifts - Four nights on and Four nights off. Key responsibilities: Provide excellent telephone, email and online chat support to a wide range of clients across various trouble-shooting issues. Assist with product and onboarding assistance for new clients. Escalate any technical issues. Provide resolution on various customer solutions and handover appropriately between shifts. The successful candidate: Experience in customer support and a keen interest in digital technology. IT/digital related qualification would be desirable. Fluent in English and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work as part of a team whilst having a clear understanding of SLAs and KPIs.
