Specialising in Customer Service, demonstrating competant knowledge of our exquisite food and drinks menus, you will be a part of our exceptional team in Perrotts Garden Bistro! Responsible to: F&B Supervisor, Restaurant Manager and Senior Management. Working Liaison: All departments. Key Responsibilities: Exquisite Guest welcome and experience within our bistro. Knolwedge of Wine and service across Lunch, dinner and private dining. Efficient and personal service while managing a section within our active Bistro surroundings.
