At Staffline Recruitment, we currently have a vacancy for a Recruitment Consultant to join team in Cork. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be part of a small team based onsite at our offices near the city centre, managing a busy warm temporary desk, dealing with clients and candidates on a daily basis. You will also be tasked with expanding your client base by proactively calling and meeting with clients regularly. Responsibilities will include: Managing temporary workers who are based across a number of client sites. Sourcing, interviewing and selecting candidates for temporary assignments. Dealing with queries in relation to pay, hours, contracts etc. Cold calling potential clients to speak to them about Staffline’s offerings. Proactively seeking candidates for open positions. Preparing job advertisements and posting them online, managing responses. Ensuring quick turnaround to any client requests for staff. Coordinating interviews with candidates. Administration – completing forms and generating letters for workers as required. Documentation and compliance checks on Staffline’s systems. Meeting with clients on a weekly basis to discuss requirements. Managing a busy workload effectively. Experience/skills: Demonstrated experience in dealing with clients and customers in a busy environment. Previous recruitment experience is highly desirable. An aptitude for navigating computer systems, with an ability to pick up new systems with ease. Proven administration skills with excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with an ability to deliver messages in a professional way. Very organised with excellent time management skills.
