Scope and Purpose of Job: To provide prompt, efficient and courteous service within all areas of the F&B department while ensuring day-to-day operations are carried out in line with hotel and departmental standards in accordance with statutory, health and safety requirements. Responsible to: F&B Supervisor, Restaurant Manager and Senior Management. Key Responsibilities: Exquisite Guest welcome and experience within our Fine Dining Restaurant, Orchids. Knolwedge of service and standards across Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon tea, dinner and private dining. Efficient and personal service while managing a section within our active Bistro surroundings.
