I have an interestingopportunity as a TrainingandCompetency Coordinator based with a company in Midleton. This role is responsible for the updating and maintenance and coordination of the existing Training & Competency Systems as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.This role plays a key part in the QSE (Quality, Safety & Environmental) Management System. Key responsibilities will include : Planning and organising delivery, documentation, evaluation and recording of all regulatory, mandatory and non-mandatory training, including refresher training, for all personnel onsite. Ensuring all relevant training documentation is completed in full and filed according to the regulatory and QSE Management System requirements. Issuing a monthly KPI dashboard report to Managers on training and competency performance, including highlights for the month. Co-ordinating the delivery of the Lean Six Sigma Training Programme. Working with Line Managers with all training and development needs. Ensure that all company procedures are adhered to in the execution of the role. Liaise with HR in the delivery of Company Induction programme and Graduate Programme. Manage the training and development budget. Qualifications/skills required A third level qualification preferably, but not exclusively, in Business / HR / Training and Development or equivalent. Train the Trainer QQI Level 6 or equivalent.
