Property is in a prime central location and has busy Restaurant and Bar outlets and enjoys excellent daytime and evening trade. We need a "hands on" Chef who likes to be busy during prep and service, who is a proven team leader, who is very organised and can delegate, who is happy to train, mentor and develop the less experienced team members. you must be very passionate about food provenance, using best local ingredients and create thoughtful and inspiring dishes.
