Delivering exceptional customer service to the people you speak with. Tapping into your amazing outgoing personality will work wonders for this. Always being friendly and courteous. Advise customers of the products and services and match the best options to suit their needs. Keeping records up to date and accurate. Adhering to data protection and confidentiality laws, you are an upstanding member of society after all! Working closely with your team to achieve targets and goals and supporting each other in all aspects of the job. Full training will be given to you to make sure that you are an expert in your job. We want you to be able to deal with challenging situations and overcome objections with confidence and the training is geared to do exactly that. Still interested? Excellent! We would ask that... You have previous sales (not essential) or customer service experience. You have strong communication skills. You have a keen eye for detail. You love a challenge and have great problem-solving skills. And in return you will get: OTE (on target earnings) €19,500 - €30,000.
