Handling a high volume of inbound calls. Dealing with customers in a courteous and friendly manner, ensuring that each customer leaves the call with a positive experience. Providing a range of products and services suited to the individual needs of the customer, achieved through a sound knowledge of the products on offer and strong communication. Ability to handle and ultimately overcome any customer objections or queries. Securely and accurately entering information into a database. Still interested? Excellent! We would ask that...
