Calling all Retail & Fashion Managers. A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for one of Ireland's top fashion/homeware retailers. Currently, there are two vacancies bases in Cork City; Deputy Manager €23k. Store Manager €30k. The Role: Set and communicate standards across the store. Be commercially aware, ensuring KPI's are being met. Monitor and drive sales in the business; being fully accountable for P&L. Ensure visual merchandising in store are of a high standard. Monitoring stock levels. Providing product training. Supporting the achievement of business goals and strategic projects. The Candidate: You will have previous managerial experience, working within premium retail. Strong business acumen and have experience of increasing turnovers in your current/previous roles. You must be driven, confidence and enthusiastic with excellent customer service.
