PE Global is looking to recruit a Sales Advisor for our client based in Ballintemple, Cork. Roles & Responsibilities. The main roles & responsibilities will be to: Meet & Greet inbound customers. Dealing with customer queries. Operate and maintain appointment system. General administrative duties. Preparation of quotations and invoices. To administer customer quality follow ups. Control and authorise service of loan facilities. Skills & Competencies. •Strong Communication Skills with fellow work colleagues, customers, suppliers & the manufacturer. •Strong problem solving ability and resolve dissatisfied customer issues in a profession and empathetic manner. •Work independently within the team to manage work flow effectively.
