HEAD CHEF REQUIRED FOR BUSY CORK PROPERTY. The Noel Group are currently recruiting for a Head Chef. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced, passionate Head Chef who is innovative, hardworking and career driven. This Cork property is currently looking for someone with 5 years in a head chef position. The successful candidate will run a dynamic kitchen that is focused on producing a beautiful menu to an exclusive clientele at a very high standard and volume. The Job: To plan and direct the day to day operation of the kitchen to maximise profitability and provide a consistent service of quality food maintained at the highest of standards. You: Create innovative modern menu's. Passionate motivated & energetic. Keeps up to date with Industry trends and standards. Can organise all elements of running a kitchen. Hands on and can work autonomously. Ensure that all Health and Safety legislation is strictly adhered. Strong leadership skills and the ability to build a strong team work environment.
