Activities to Include: Administration – Including answering phones, handling day-to-day correspondence and queries, maintenance of files/records and general office projects. Finance – Involvement in all aspects of the accounting process including generating customer invoices, logging supplier invoices, accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations, online banking, etc. Essential Skills: Proven experience in an accounting role and working with a computerised accountancy package. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with consistent accuracy and attention to detail. A professional and helpful telephone manner.
