Main Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and build the Strategic Sourcing function at Voxpro. Inform and support senior management in making key strategic investment decisions. Assess and evaluate all capital spend business cases to ensure that all spend is aligned to the commercial success of the Company. Build and operate a standardised approach to the sourcing of products and services. Drive a focus on getting the best product or service at the best value. Ensure a robust approach is followed for all supplier selection processes, including structured stage gates and approvals. Create a focus on Total Cost of Ownership incorporating partner needs, business needs and market conditions as we scale. Create a clear segregation between solution and price in all selection processes, ensuring that the internal business owners drive the right solution. Be challenging, the solution today may not be the best for tomorrow, foster an environment where this is embraced. Ensure that KPI`s are included in each vendor agreement working with the business owner to ensure that there is a clear framework for successful vendor management across the agreement life. Ensure all decisions are based on fact-based analysis and clear market intelligence that is documented. Build a pipeline of work at the start of each quarter to address specific areas where value can be created by running a re-sourcing process. Ensure that expiring supplier agreements are incorporated into the pipeline and addressed early prior to contract roll-overs. Ensure a collaborative approach is followed at all times with input and support from all areas of the business impacted. Execute on the sourcing opportunities in our quarterly pipeline and provide progress updates to management. Ensure a consistent approach to communications across the sourcing lifecycle both internally and with external vendors. Understand and influence demand drivers and behaviours in the business, work closely with the finance team to ensure that internal processes are robust and manage consumption to that required for the business to execute successfully. Ensure that internal policies and procedures are updated by the relevant business owners to reflect any changes after a sourcing exercise. Be focused on operational leverage as we scale and structure vendor agreements to ensure that value is captured at additional scale. Ensure we establish strong risk management protocols across the sourcing lifecycle. Develop and implement a standardised set of terms for all vendors to ensure that contract risk is mitigated. Work closely with other members of the strategic development team on the creation of new location plans internationally. Perform research and specialist projects and other related duties as assigned. Requirements: Essential Qualifications and/or Experience Bachelor`s degree from an accredited institution required. Qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA or CIMA. Minimum 5 years` experience post qualification. Previous sourcing / procurement / supply chain experience. Advanced Excel.
