Senior Account Director. Cork. Working with a Global SaaS provider who are looking to recruit a strategic Key Account Manager. There is huge earning potential, the role is a blend of sales and commercial account management. This is a quota carrying position, with compensation based on achievement of a revenue target for all products and services. Reporting to the VP. Duties include. •Collaborate with the Sales Acquisition Team and the Management Team in Ireland and the US. •Responsible for creating and enhancing Director Level relationships within your Customer Portfolio whilst building revenue streams across Global branded companies worldwide. •Strategically manage and network a select portfolio of Key Accounts to maintain and expand lines of existing revenue creating upsell & cross-sell opportunities. •Research the client environment in order to understand the issues and opportunities for solutions. •Build relationships with the key players in the client account and determine sales strategy with messaging tailored for each stakeholder. •Manage sales activities by ensuring sales related activities gain client commitment, build momentum and accelerate sales cycles. •Uncover sales opportunities within Key Accounts’ overall Organization managing the full-lifecycle sale and skillfully leveraging internal resources through the process. •Work through the sales process with key players to minimise issues in the close of an order and ensure the company and client objectives are met in the agreed timeframe. •Effectively advise and influence clients through consultative selling techniques and relevant marketing campaigns. •Planning, Forecasting and Reporting. Skills & Requirements: •Minimum 3 Years Experience within the SaaS industry. •Enterprise applications pitch experience. •Customer interaction excellence. •Solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement. •Education to Bachelor’s Degree/Masters degree. •Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize the sales activity. •Willingness to Travel. Typical sales experience will involve selling to multiple departments, multiple levels within large enterprise over a sustained period measured in years not months. Proven client relationship skills, and experience working with clients at Executive/Director level, on a regular basis. Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills must be demonstrated throughout the selection process for this role. Excellent salary/package on offer.
