THE ROLE: As Senior Sourcing Specialist, you will support the development and implementation of strategic procurement activities to obtain the best quality, service, and value for raw materials products and services. Role Responsibilities: - Manage relationships with supplies and stakeholds. - Develop and apply sourcing strategies. - Identify risks within commodities and works with to resolve. - Implementing Continuous improvement to streamline procurement processes. - Achieve development performance goals, support project timeline and product cost. - Build alignment between business needs and market dynamics. DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: As the ideal candidate you will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Management/Engineering or related field. In addition, you have 5 years experience in a similar strategic procurement/sourcing position with focus on strategic sourcing and supplier development.
