Distribution Specialist needed for biopharmaceutical company based in Cork. All talented candidates welcome to apply. RESPONSIBILITES: * Perform routine administrative and/or physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of Gilead products/inventory. * Input information regarding the movement and handling of products in a computerized inventory system & organise and maintain accurate records associated with Distribution activities. * Perform basic transactions associated with Distribution processes through internal computer systems. * Adhere consistently to SOPs and GDPs. * Escalate deviations in process or product to supervisor, to ensure on-time shipment and delivery of orders. * Physically examine incoming products to ensure they meet specifications and match paperwork & will identify and record deviations, and escalate to hisher supervisor. * Operate machinery to perform, routine physical handling of product within the warehouse. REQUIREMENTS: * Relevant experience in a regulated warehouse environment, a Diploma andor a Certificate to FETAC level 6. * Knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (GDPs. * Perform routine transactions using Microsoft Office applications.
