This expanding and innovative organisation are currently looking for a Lab Systems Specialist to be based onsite with one of their major clients; a leading global pharmaceutical company based in Cork. With over 100 employees and 3 Delivery Centres worldwide this growing organisation have an impressive strategy to further grow in the pharma, life sciences and IOT/manufacturing sectors over the next 2 years. The Lab Systems Specialist will be responsible for providing Empower technical support in a GMP regulated environment globally. Responsibilities will also include; Trouble shooting all aspects of using Empower by end users. Trouble shooting instrument connectivity issues, custom field calculations, rebooting LACEs, and optimising processing methods. Good working knowledge of laboratory testing processes and automation using Empower. Knowledge includes but not limited to: Fraction Collection, Mass Spec, Dissolution, Multi-Component analysis, Labware LIMS interface, and NuGenesis SDMS. Writing and executing protocols and reports. The ideal candidate will have 6 years' experience using the functionality of Empower in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other related industry or minimum of 3 years' experience in Empower administration.
