Our Cork based client are currently recruiting for a Payroll Assistant to their team on a Part time basis. Responsibilities: * Re-imbursement of employee expenses. * Process and review payroll runs on a weekly & monthly basis. * Maintain Time and Attendance system. * Keep Personnel system up to date. * Process employee timesheets and payroll queries. * Respond to employee payroll queries. * Complete payroll journal and month end reports. * P30 (PAYE/PRSI/USC) returns. * Administer third party deductions - health care, unions, and pensions. * Complete Central Statistics Office returns. Qualifications. Education: *Ideally the candidate will be a Certified Payroll Technician (IPASS) or qualified as an Accounting Technician. * Leaving Certificate.
