Excellent opportunity for a charismatic, multi-talented Restaurant Manager/GM to take on a senior management role within this dynamic business. As part of the senior management team, you will lead a large team (20+ pax) and be responsible for the successful and profitable overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring great customer experiences. Key responsibilities will include: Achieving business performance in the restaurant & bar. Analyse and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability with Head Chef. Work closely with marketing team to organise activities (seasonal events, promotions etc. Report preparation (staff control, food control, sales etc. Create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development. Coordinate restaurant operation during scheduled shifts. Recruit, train, upskill and manage team. Customer service: meet and greet, queries, complaints, reservations. Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety. Stocktake, ordering. Cash handling. Monthly senior management meetings, weekly team meetings. Candidate attributes include: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Keen financial acumen. Proven track record of effective team management and motivation. Strong planning, organisational and administrative skills. Confident self-starter. The successful candidate will have at least three years’ experience as Restaurant Manager / GM of a large, successful destination.
