We are currently recruiting an Global Quality Performance Analyst to join or technical team in Eastgate, Little Island on a permanent basis. We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo's mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. The Technical Function is our team of enabling experts offering knowledge and partnership to functions on specialist subjects including engineering, quality and productivity. Role is required to support the Global Quality agenda for PGCS support centre and for the 10 plants in the system. The role leads key Quality governance activities like: Global scorecarding, plants proficiency testing management, documentation, policies, procedures and communication. In order to achieve this complex agenda, the role manages daily interactions with key internal and external stakeholders - e.g. plants, different functions and PepsiCo stakeholders like Global R&D, Global SQA, at different levels. Primary Accountabilities: Managing the PGCS Global Technical Scorecard. Driving change management of Corporate Documentation in conjunction with Global R & D functions through a defined variance workflow. Managing the Continuous Improvement and governance of the PGCS sensory programme. Manage the Global Concentrate Proficiency Scheme for Physio, Micro, Sensory and Analytical. Document Control of PGCS Quality Procedures. Support SRA activities to ensure regulatory compliance by preparing documents and coordinating activities as required. Support specialized projects within the quality department such as sourcing new and innovative methods of communicating and sharing information worldwide. Essential Skills: Diploma Qualification or higher in Food Science, Science, IT, Engineering or relevant discipline. Strong analytical, problem solving, good communication and decision making skills. Proven track record in managing multiple tasks and projects. Knowledge of Quality Systems or processes (e.g. Trackwise, SAP ) and project management.
