Excellent opportunity for an Internal Auditor with leading multinational company in Cork. Your main responsiblities: Will be to identify and clearly define audit issues/risks & provide effective recommendations and solutions to identified issues or control deficiencies. Preparing audit reports and presenting audit findings and recommendations to auditees and senior management. Conduct independent audits to ensure compliance with best practice standards and frameworks. Facilitate the Risk Management process. Other responsibilities. Provide an independent evaluation of current processes, systems and controls and detail any required remedial action where weaknesses are identified. Design and perform audit procedures and prepare working papers. Responsible for all stages of audits, including planning, designing and executing internal audit activities and reporting against the annual audit plan. Design and perform audit procedures and prepare working papers. Recommending improvements for the effectiveness of controls and governance processes. Define and implement internal controls in order to maintain compliance with internal and external policies and requirements. Assist the development of an internal control culture. Contribute to the development of the Internal Audit function. Experience. Qualified ACA or ACCA. Minimum of four year’s post qualification experience. Excellent knowledge of Internal Controls and Audit methodology. Advanced excel skills. Proven ability to deliver clear and concise reports and analysis.
