German-speaking Technical Support Agents – Tier 1. West Cork. Permanent. Salary - €27,500. Our client, an expanding BPO organisation located in West Cork is recruiting German-speaking Technical Support Agents to join their team. Responsibilities. Providing excellent customer support for clients through German and English via phone, email and webchat. Build and maintain relationships with clients. Deliver product support and onboarding for new clients including configuring the system to best suit their needs. Provide product troubleshooting for existing clients. Take ownership of issues until they are resolved. Escalate issues where necessary. Continue to grow your technical knowledge of the client products and services. Requirements. Fluency in both German and English is essential for this role. Previous experience in a customer support role in a call centre/shared services centre. Excellent bilingual communication skills. Experience in a fast-paced KPI driven environment. Demonstrated interest in IT/systems. Support experience of SaaS/Cloud technologies is an advantage. Pro-active team-player who can also work autonomously. Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure. High proficiency in MS Office and an aptitude for picking up new systems quickly.
