Technical Support Agents – Tier 1. West Cork. Permanent. Salary - €27,500. Our client, an expanding 24-hour BPO organisation located in West Cork is recruiting Tier 1 Technical Support Agents to join their night shift team. As the organisation is dealing with clients worldwide the shift pattern for successful candidates will be a cycle of four 12-hour night shifts followed by four days off. Responsibilities. Ensure excellent customer support for clients via phone, email and webchat. Deliver product support and onboarding for new clients. Provide product troubleshooting for existing clients. Take ownership of issues until they are resolved. Escalate issues where necessary. Continue to grow your technical knowledge. Requirements. Willingness to work the required night shift 8pm-8am is essential. Previous experience in a customer support role in a call centre/shared services centre. Experience in a fast-paced KPI driven environment. Demonstrated interest in IT/systems. Support experience of SaaS/Cloud technologies is an advantage. Pro-active team-player who can also work autonomously. Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure. High proficiency in MS Office and an aptitude for picking up new systems quickly.
